I appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. Joyce at reception gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars. She also assisted with tram information and maps.
The car park was muddy so I did not wheel my suitcase.

kind receptionistineffective air conditioning
the receptionist was kind, that IS something i acknowledge.
The air CON was INEFFECTIVE, the room remained too warm. the sauna had AN extra charge. I find it quite excessive.

fantastic stay near the tram!

I found the location great. It was very close to the tram, providing easy access to the center! the quad room impressed me a lot. there was lots of space plus a great little kitchenette. the shower was wonderful.

The art deco design captivated me. It was beautiful. the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. nothing seemed too much trouble. I felt very charmed by the service.
the car park was a bit muddy. so i had to carry my suitcase instead of wheeling it. i wish it was paved.

lovely room and staff

the room was spacious. the check-in was smooth and the lady was helpful with registration for the city. we took a tram to the city centre. we could use the electric charging for our car. the main bed was comfortable and i appreciated this.
the floors were cracking, like it would be a mansion of the 16th century. not only in the room, but also the corridors above. it was very disturbing and could wake you during the night.
